Build a career, not just a job.
Join a family-owned master plumbing team that treats its plumbers the way it treats its customers.
A family business, built one neighbor at a time.
After years working in the plumbing industry, Jim founded Suburban Plumbing Services in 2004 with a simple vision: build a company around customer service, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships. Not just another plumbing company, but a trusted local resource people could call for honest advice and reliable solutions.
In the early years, Jim handled nearly every part of the business himself, from answering the phones and writing estimates to doing the plumbing work and following up afterward. That hands-on approach built the reputation Suburban carries today, and it's still the foundation of how we treat every customer.
We're family-owned. No corporate parent, no investors, no quotas pushing our team to upsell you. Just master plumbers who treat your home the way they'd treat their own, and customers who keep telling their friends, "I got a guy."
