After years working in the plumbing industry, Jim founded Suburban Plumbing Services in 2004 with a simple vision: build a company around customer service, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships. In the early years, Jim handled nearly every part of the business himself, from answering the phones and writing estimates to doing the plumbing work and following up afterward.
